Ok, I wanted to provide and update and an alternative way of adding a background to your image.

A tutorial on adding a regular background to your image from The Blackheart is here:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=343

Step 1. Open an image:
Image

Step 2. Make the background transparent:
Lunapic Menu: Edit -> Transparent
http://lunapic.com/editor/index.php?action=transparent
Change FUZZ to a higher number if your background is more complicated I chose 30%
It will wipe out your image if you go too high. Just used undo if you get it wrong.
repeat this a few times if your background is in different spots.
Image

Step 3. Copy this image to the clipboard to paste it later.
Edit -> copy image to clipboard.

Step 4. Create a moving background (make sure it's as big as your original picture)
Here, I used a cloud image, then Animate - >Roll and chose left to right
Image

Step 5. Paste your image onto the moving background
Edit -> paste image from clipboard and position it on the background
Image

You may need to crop the final image if your background is too big.

You're done!

The problem alot of you are having inculding Deedee is you're using very complex backgrounds.

You need a simple plain background for this to work probably.
Like plain colors such as, White , Black ect.

If you have a complex backgrounf with stars and things like that it wont work because the transparency opition on Lunapic says " Select color to make it transparent" or something like that.

^__^ I'm not trying to be mean or anything just pointing this out to help you all.
