SITE UPDATE: server upgrade. report bugs/issues here!

Hi all,

I just performed some major server upgrades last night. This will allow for some cool new effects in the future.

For now, I want to make sure everything on the site is working. Please report here if you have any /new/ issues
with any of the features.

Current issues:
Liquid Resize Preview Broken: FIXED
Some animations not repeating: some fixed. let me know if you find others.
Blend Images: FIXED

I'll try to keep you updated

I'm still having 'hang time' problems today. I've done everything Microsoft has told me to, and nothing works, my system just freezes up. Is there any fix for me, are other people having this same problems?

Yeah, been doing some more updates today. I've been tracking down some hang time problems as well.

A few tips:

If the site is hanging, save your work, close your browser, and then come back to the site.
(lunapic has 30 servers, and one of them is usually overloaded. If you reset your session, you should get as faster one)

Help -> Ad Trouble
(turns off ads, today the ad server was a bit slow too)

Don't double click links or try to refresh, it may make things worse.

Hi. I tried to create a slideshow with 7 images about 2 hours ago. It shows all 7 images uploaded when I go to the "edit" function, but when the slideshow runs, it only shows the first 3 of them. I have tried re-doing it a number of times now, but it keeps doing the same thing. Can you help me? --Maggie Oakland

I see 7 frames. I'm guessing it's not fully loading for you?

Use Animation -> Edit Animation Settings to see all the frames.

When I try to change color on my picture with the crop/scissors icon and I try to outline the parts a want colored it has this little icon that wont let me edit and when I start moving my mouse lines go everywhere on the pic please fix it back to normal

Oh thanks for pointing that out. The Magic Wand update messed up the scissors. It's all fixed now.

i cannot upload a picture. I select the file, then click the upload now button and nothing happens, then on top of the screen it says error: please upload a file. I have done it now like 6 times and it just won't upload. I even selected different pictures to upload, and still nothing???????

Sorry, that was a bug that affected a limited number of users last night. it's been fixed. thanks for letting me know!

I can't use the cosmetic surgery tool. It won't let me make the box thing I need.

I just tried it out on the cosmetic surgery tool and it works for me...try it again...and see if it works for ya..

Please help I've been getting this same message since lastnite..and I have tried uploaded alot of times, even tried using diff pics and its still not working...thanks, nikki

I just uploaded a pictures seems to be working now I don't know what else could be the problem try to refresh the page and upload again or you can go to file and click on close file and upload the picture that you want to upload..hope this helps you out...
