You could change the backround. :D

1. Get a pic you like and transparent the backround or crop it.
2. Make sure you're pic is perfect and cropped well.
3. Copy you're image to clipboard, and get a backround or abstract.
4. Swap image from clipboard, and paste the pic on the backround.

I just went to Edit > Paste Image From Clipboard and pasted them on top of eachother
