well with some advice from the sandman you'll learn how to do it the way I taught myself.

first find your video..play it than pause it as soon as you get the first part of the image you want. press print screen than paste in paint. resize it to the size you want. go back to the video..play than pause after you see movement in the video..press print screen again..than paste that in paint..than keep doing that until the video ends..this takes a long time but your animation comes out great :D

after you have all your iamges [b]MAKE SURE THEY ARE THE SAME SIZE OR IT WILL LOOK LAME[/b] go to http://www.lunapic.com and upload your first pic..upload all your pictures..after you upload all of your pictures go to the top navigation bar where it says "Animation" than go down to where it says "Animation Settings" and click it. change the animation to fast (it looks best). than enjoy your new animation.
